Gold is a rare and precious element that cannot be found easily and must be conquered. And the Monferrato area has the same ancestry as this mysterious metal, to be unveiled slowly and that only reveals itself to those who know how to appreciate its value A land that in summer months carries with it the preciousness of the Tuber aestivum - Summer Truffle and, between September and January, the rarity of the Tuber magnatum Pico - White Truffle.

The Alto Astigiano territory is a place still unknown to most people, a place that you must show to deserve. Just as the gold that rises from the mines holds its charm as yet unrefined, unprocessed but whose value is clearly perceived, so our lands are able to welcome those who know how to travel, by following unusual coordinates and unexplored routes.
